Responsibilities
Manual Aeon Endoscopic Stapler
My responsibilities for this summer internship revolved mainly around using SolidWorks to develop fixtures and tools that increase the efficiency at which the powered version of the Lexington Medical, Inc.'s stapler can be assembled.
As this product is still in its development, I also assisted the R&D team with the assembly of Powered Endoscopic Stapler in preparation for GLP and FDA mandated Design Verification studies.
